I really enjoyed working with Terrie on the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. She communicated clearly and was a huge help guiding me through the process.

Brenda Rumble's knowledge on market conditions gave me time to do the renovations I needed to do . Brenda knows what the market is looking for with current design such as appliances, colors, flooring as well as landscaping and amenities on the outside. During the renovation Brenda periodically stopped by to check on progress and to keep me grounded and motivated. Brenda had the foresite to know when it was time to up the speed on renovations, two weeks later i got it on the market and in less than a week it sold above asking price, closing within the month.

Jim is very detail oriented in how he goes about the job of showing homes, pointing out concerns based on the buyer's requirements and at discussing comparables in the area. He really seems to care about pairing the buyer with the right home and not just getting the buyer into a house that's "close enough". This builds trust, along with him working tirelessly to show as many homes as necessary.

During the buying process, Jim stayed connected to the various steps, and even ensured we got the keys on a Friday night after closing when most brokers would have simply let it happen on the Monday after. We were not expecting keys on the Friday, but were pleasantly surprised that we got them.

Cheryl was wonderful. The sale of this home took 9 months due to tribal restrictions. Cheryl was so helpful, negotiating all the red tape and jumping through so many hoops. Brenda Rumball, Real Estate agent with Century 21 North, was very helpful and very professional.

She explained all the initial paper work and forms that had to be signed.

Mrs Rumball also did a complete market analysis and looked at comparable properties in the area, and by doing so, she recommended a higher selling price than what I had initially asked for.

Mrs Rumball then followed up and kept me informed on the progress about any offers from potential buyers.

Mrs Rumball also kept me updated on the progress of the escrow/title company, and on any delays regarding the final closing and the transfer of funds.

We closed today and it was a very pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Brenda to any anybody who wants to buy or sell a property!
